COPE Disaster Champions
COPE is a non-profit, beautifully illustrated series of books that aims to increase children's resilience in the event of disasters.
Covering natural hazards ranging from floods and earthquakes to wildfires and cyclones, the books provide tools for coping with disasters, preparing for them and telling stories in an imaginative and easy-to-understand way.
Through the lives of four orphaned children, Candy, Ollie, Ping and Eddy, and under the guidance of Grand Master Fu, Team COPE embarks on a journey of discovery into the world of disasters.
Team COPE's mission is to educate children around the world so that they can become COPE Champions and act as role models in their communities.
