World of Rescuers
World of Rescue Karlovy Vary is a unique project that has no counterparts in Europe. It offers schools and students unique experiential educational programs.
The idea is to teach visitors how to prevent potential risks in everyday life with the help of knowledge and real-life experience. All programs take place in a unique facility based in Karlovy Vary and are completely free for schools and students.
In this small town, the goal of the project is to teach children and young people how to behave in case of accidents, fires and other emergency situations, how to call for help and how to react in the first minutes of an emergency.
The campus consists of several specific buildings, including a makeshift hospital, police station or fire station, equipped with appropriate technology to faithfully simulate risk situations, including interactive simulators and simulators. The site also includes a modern traffic playground with a railroad crossing and other outdoor locations to simulate hazards in an outdoor environment.
